We have been custom slaughtering Cattle & Hogs since the 1950’s. Beginning in the Shenodah valley of Virginia, Simon Yoder began a custom processing business. Since relocating to Henry County in Tennessee the next generation has continued the business. We proudly offer the expertise we have developed over the years in helping you put the best of the farm raised beef and pork in your freezer. We are a "USDA
Inspected Meat Processing Plant". Standard packaging includes vacuum packaging.
